Legal
Terms & Conditions
Updated July 22, 2026
AE Health does not replace your own doctor. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between 1598934 B.C. Ltd., doing business as "AE Health" ("AE Health," "we," "us," "our") and you, the person accessing or using our Services. They govern your use of the Services and any content offered through them.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important provisions that limit our liability and that require most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court — except where applicable law provides otherwise.
To use the Services, you must be at least 19 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By creating an account, clicking "I agree" (or similar), or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
We may offer certain features or programs that are subject to additional terms ("Additional Terms") — for example, a specific treatment program, lab testing, or subscription. We'll present those before you use the feature, and if they conflict with these Terms, the Additional Terms control for that feature. Your use of the Services is also governed by all applicable laws.
The effective date of these Terms appears at the top of this page; we may update them as described in Section 17.
1. What we offer and who can use it
AE Health operates an online telehealth platform (the "Platform") that connects you with our affiliated medical practice, Active Energy Laser & Med Spa Limited (the "Medical Practice"), whose care is delivered by licensed nurse practitioners, supported by consulting physicians and other regulated healthcare professionals (each a "Healthcare Professional"). Through our website and the Platform you can access:
a) healthcare evaluations, prescriptions and other prescribed treatments, treatment monitoring, adherence tracking, care coordination, and preventive health services provided by the Medical Practice and its Healthcare Professionals;
b) diagnostics, lab testing and related services provided by qualified third-party labs and other service providers; and
c) pharmaceutical and compounding prescription services provided by licensed pharmacists to fulfill prescriptions provided by licensed prescribers after completing healthcare evaluations (collectively or individually, the "Healthcare Services").
The Healthcare Services are provided to you by the Medical Practice and its Healthcare Professionals, labs, and pharmacies — not by 1598934 B.C. Ltd., the operator of the Platform. The Platform and the Medical Practice are separate companies: 1598934 B.C. Ltd. provides the technology and the Products; the Medical Practice and its Healthcare Professionals provide all clinical care.
AE Health itself provides the Platform and may also sell or make available other non-clinical products, supplies, technology, and content directly to you (the "Products").
In these Terms, "Services" means, together, the Platform, the Healthcare Services you access through it, and any Products we provide. Where these Terms say that we provide something, that means the Platform and the Products — AE Health does not provide the Healthcare Services (see Section 2).
The Services are intended for people in Canada and may only be available in certain provinces; we'll tell you when a service isn't available in your location. Availability may vary as we expand; during sign-up we will tell you whether the Services are available where you live, and if they are not yet, you may join a waitlist. If you access the Services from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for local laws.
To use the Services you must be at least 19, be located in a province where we operate, and agree to these Terms. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee you'll receive any particular service, and we may change eligibility requirements at our discretion.
Identity verification. To comply with applicable law and to support safe and lawful prescribing (including of controlled substances — see Section 3), we may verify your identity, including through third-party identity-verification or background-check services. You agree to provide the information reasonably needed for this purpose, and we may suspend or decline Services if your identity cannot be verified.
2. Your relationship with us vs. your providers
AE Health does not provide medical advice or healthcare. We provide the Platform; the Healthcare Professionals provide the care and are solely responsible for its quality and appropriateness. Using the Platform does not create a provider–patient relationship with AE Health.
Who provides your care. The Healthcare Services are provided through the Medical Practice. Your care is provided by licensed nurse practitioners engaged or employed by the Medical Practice, supported by consulting physicians who develop clinical protocols and are available for consultation, and by the labs and pharmacies described in these Terms. The Healthcare Professionals are not employees or agents of AE Health, and AE Health does not practise medicine or nursing and does not credential, supervise, or direct their clinical judgment. The Healthcare Professionals have complete authority over, and sole responsibility for, all clinical and medical services — including diagnoses, treatment decisions, prescriptions, standards of care, recordkeeping, and their professional and regulatory obligations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability arising from the provision of (or failure to provide) Healthcare Services rests with the Medical Practice and its Healthcare Professionals, and not with AE Health.
NP-led care. Your primary clinician on the Platform is a nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioners are authorized to diagnose, order and interpret lab tests, and prescribe — including, where provincial and federal rules permit, the medications used in testosterone replacement therapy. A consulting physician develops the clinical protocols used on the Platform and is available to your nurse practitioner for consultation, but does not routinely provide direct care.
Products and supplies we sell. Separately from the Healthcare Services — which are provided by Healthcare Professionals and licensed pharmacies, not by us — AE Health may sell you non-prescription products, supplies, technology, and digital content directly. When we sell you a Product, we do so as the seller of that Product, and not as a healthcare or pharmacy provider. For Products:
- A Product is not medical advice or treatment, and buying one does not create a provider–patient relationship. Where a Product is meant to be used with a prescription or treatment, use it only as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
- You are responsible for using and storing Products safely and as directed. Keep harmful objects out of the reach of children and dispose of them in accordance with local requirements.
- Some Products may require a prescription, may be age-restricted, or may only be sold where permitted by law; we may decline or limit a sale on that basis.
- Except for warranties and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded (which are not affected), Products are sold "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
- Returns and refunds for Products are handled under Section 18. For health and safety reasons, certain Products cannot be returned once shipped except for destruction.
Provider discretion. A Healthcare Professional may decline to provide, or may discontinue, care at any time in their sole clinical discretion — including where they determine that treatment is not appropriate for you, that you are not eligible, or that there is a risk of misuse or diversion. No outcome or particular treatment is guaranteed.
Where your provider is located. Telehealth rules differ by province and territory. Depending on where you live, the provider treating you may be licensed and located in a different province than you. Where required, we will identify the jurisdiction in which your provider is licensed.
Language of service. Services are currently provided in English; if a language barrier prevents safe care, a Healthcare Professional may decline to provide it.
Not a replacement for primary care. The Services are not a substitute for a primary care provider. If you don't have one, we encourage you to find one. We do not automatically notify your primary care provider about care you receive through the Platform. We strongly recommend you tell them, and on your written request we can send a summary of your care to a healthcare professional of your choice.
Complaints. If you have a concern about the care provided by a Healthcare Professional, you may contact the professional regulatory college in the province where you received the care. Most health-profession colleges in Canada maintain a public register of their members on their websites.
Secure messaging. Messages with your Healthcare Professional are exchanged through the secure messaging in your account. Response times and message frequency are set by you and the Healthcare Professional. Do not use the messaging system for emergencies or for anything other than your care and eligibility for the Services.
Telehealth means care delivered remotely by electronic means (audio, video, messaging, transmission of records and images, etc.). We use security measures to protect your information, but no electronic transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Any prescription is for the personal use of the named patient only. Read all product information and labels, and contact a physician or pharmacist with questions. Report side effects or adverse reactions to your provider or a walk-in clinic, or call 911 in an emergency.
When NOT to use the Services. The Services cannot be used for medical emergencies and are not appropriate for certain symptoms. Do not use the Services, and seek in-person or emergency care, if you are experiencing any of the following:
- chest pain;
- difficulty breathing;
- fainting, blackouts, or any reduced level of consciousness;
- stroke-like symptoms such as numbness, weakness, or paralysis on one side of the body, or inability to speak or understand speech;
- severe abdominal pain that prevents you from walking comfortably; or
- any other symptom you reasonably believe may be an emergency.
You agree to receive notices, reports, and other communications electronically (through your account or by email), and it's your responsibility to monitor them.
3. Controlled substances and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
Some treatments offered through the Platform — including testosterone replacement therapy — involve medications that are controlled substances under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada) and related regulations. Because of this, the following apply in addition to the rest of these Terms:
Clinical control. All decisions about whether to prescribe a controlled substance are made solely by the Healthcare Professional, in accordance with applicable law, the clinical protocols established for the Platform, and professional standards. The provider may require identity verification, baseline and ongoing bloodwork or other lab testing, further assessment (via phone, video, or in-person), and continued monitoring as a condition of prescribing or continuing treatment.
Your representations. You represent and warrant that you are the person named on the account and prescription, that any controlled-substance medication is obtained solely for your own personal use, and that you will not share, sell, divert, redistribute, or otherwise transfer it to any other person.
Verification and monitoring. You authorize the Healthcare Professional and the dispensing pharmacy to take reasonable steps to confirm your identity and clinical eligibility, and to maintain the records required for controlled-substance prescribing.
Refusal and reporting. Providers and pharmacists may decline to prescribe or dispense, may require additional testing, and may decline to continue treatment. Suspected misuse, diversion, or fraud may be reported to the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies where required or permitted by law.
Limits on controlled-substance prescriptions. Controlled-substance prescriptions are subject to additional regulatory limits. They may not be transferable or refillable in the same way as other medications, and for safety and legal reasons cannot be returned for reuse or resale (see Section 18).
4. Pharmacy
If you receive a prescription, you can have it filled by an AE Health pharmacy partner or a pharmacy of your choice. The AE Health pharmacy partner is an affiliated business; you are always free to have your prescription filled at any pharmacy you choose. You consent to us sharing the information needed to fill it (including your name, location, demographic, and health information). Keep all medication out of the reach of children and store it safely.
Our pharmacy partners are licensed in the province(s) they serve. Pharmacy practice concerns may be reported to the applicable provincial College of Pharmacists.
5. Your account
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. Keep your username and password confidential, log out after each session, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Don't share your password, create multiple accounts, or use someone else's account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate information or security concerns, or if an amount you owe remains unpaid more than 30 days after we notify you.
You must reside in an active province, and shipping is only to addresses in provinces where care is authorized.
Your representations. By using the Services you confirm that the information you give us is true, current, and complete; that you meet the eligibility requirements; that you will use the Services and any Products only for yourself and for personal, non-commercial purposes; and that you will not use them for any prohibited purpose described in Section 11.
6. Referral Program
We may operate a referral program under which a person (a "Referrer") — for example, a fitness trainer, coach, or existing user — earns a reward when someone they refer becomes a paying user of the Platform. Program details, including the reward and any eligibility conditions, are described at sign-up for the program or on the Platform, and may change or end at any time; Additional Terms may apply.
The following always apply to the program:
(a) What earns a reward. A reward is earned, at most once per referred person, when the referred person creates an account and pays the Assessment Fee, and is subject to verification. Rewards are never based on whether any treatment is offered, prescribed, accepted, or continued, and no Referrer receives any payment connected to clinical decisions.
(b) Referrers are not our agents. Referrers are independent from AE Health and the Medical Practice. They are not authorized to provide medical advice or healthcare services on our behalf, to make claims about treatment or its results, or to bind us in any way. Nothing a Referrer tells you is medical advice or a promise of any outcome or treatment; only a Healthcare Professional can assess whether care is right for you.
(c) Attribution requires your consent. We attribute a referral only where the referred person identifies the Referrer to us and consents to our confirming to that Referrer that a reward was earned, or where the Referrer introduces the referred person to us and the referred person subsequently registers. We never share any medical or treatment information with a Referrer (see our Privacy Policy).
(d) Referrer conduct. Referrers must comply with applicable law — including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation when sending referral messages — must not misrepresent the Services, must not target minors, and must disclose to the people they refer that they may receive a reward. We may withhold or reclaim rewards, and remove a Referrer from the program, for fraud, self-referral, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. Referrers are responsible for any tax consequences of rewards.
(e) No effect on care. Participation in the program has no effect on the Healthcare Services. Healthcare Professionals do not know whether you were referred, and referral status plays no role in any clinical decision.
7. Our content and your license
AE Health owns all rights to the Services and their content, features, design, trademarks, and logos. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial use under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Services or their content, or use our trademarks, without our written permission.
8. Content you submit
Except as covered by our Privacy Policy or privacy laws, information you submit (data, questions, comments, forum posts, feedback) is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we may use it to operate and improve the Services. Anything you post in public forums is visible and copyable by others, and we are not responsible for it.
Your health information is different. Your personal health information is not treated as "content you submit" under this Section and does not become our property. Personal health information you provide to, or that is collected by, the Healthcare Professionals is held by them in their capacity as health-information custodians. Our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal health information is governed solely by our Privacy Policy and by applicable health-privacy law (such as Saskatchewan's HIPA, British Columbia's PIPA, and equivalent provincial legislation). We do not claim ownership of your personal health information and do not use it for marketing or product development except as those laws permit and with your consent.
We may access, preserve, or disclose your information where reasonably necessary to comply with the law, enforce these Terms, respond to third-party claims or your support requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of AE Health, our users, or the public — including to prevent fraud and abuse.
9. Social Media
We maintain official pages and accounts on third-party social media platforms (for example, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn). Those platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them or for content posted by other users. Do not use social media to share personal or health information, to seek medical advice, or to contact a Healthcare Professional — use the secure messaging in the Platform for anything related to your care.
If you post, submit, tag, mention, comment on, or otherwise make content available to or about our pages or accounts on social media (for example, posts, photos, videos, reviews, or comments), you grant AE Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, repost, republish, share, display, distribute, adapt, and modify that content, in whole or in part, across our own websites, social media, and marketing and promotional materials, together with any name, handle, or likeness you have made available as part of it. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content and may grant this licence, that it does not infringe anyone's rights or include another person's personal or health information without their consent, and you waive moral rights in it to the extent permitted by law. We are not obligated to use any such content and will stop using it on reasonable request to the extent we are able. Interacting with us on social media does not create a provider–patient relationship.
10. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy which is available via our homepage for how we collect and use your information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to: impersonate anyone; break any law; reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services; upload viruses or harmful code; infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights; scrape or use automated tools without our permission; resell or commercially exploit the Services; build competing products; overburden or disrupt the Services; remove proprietary notices; post unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content, or content harmful to children or our reputation; harass our providers; attempt unauthorized access or bypass security; send spam or unsolicited promotions; or help anyone else do any of these.
We may report abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at our providers, staff, or other users — including threats of abuse or retribution — to the appropriate authorities, and may refuse or withdraw Services on that basis.
12. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AE Health and its Affiliates and providers disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, security, and reliability). We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you use any content or information at your own risk. In these Terms, "Affiliate" means any entity that, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with AE Health, where "control" means the power to direct the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting interests, by contract, or otherwise.
13. Limitation of liability
Some of these limits may not apply in full in every province, where certain liability exclusions may be unenforceable under consumer-protection or civil-law statutes.
To the extent permitted by law, AE Health and its related persons and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including lost revenue, profits, data, or for personal injury or emotional distress), even if advised such damages were possible. Our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and these Terms do not affect your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AE Health and its Affiliates, providers, and their personnel from third-party claims arising from your unauthorized use of the Services, your fraud, legal violations, negligence, or willful misconduct, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Third-party links
The Services may link to or include third-party products and services that we don't control and aren't responsible for. Using them is at your own risk. We're not a party to, and won't resolve, disputes between you and other users or third parties, and you release us from claims arising from such disputes.
16. Third-party service providers
We rely on third-party service providers to help us operate, secure, analyze, support, and improve the Services and to perform functions on our behalf — including, for example, hosting and IT infrastructure, data analytics, security and fraud prevention, payment processing, communications and customer support, shipping and logistics, clinical and pharmacy infrastructure, and professional advisory services. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us, in accordance with our instructions, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law. In particular, your use of the Services may be protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that use. We are not responsible for the independent acts of third parties. Where a provider makes its own product or service available to you directly, your use of it may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We may use cookies and similar technologies in connection with these services, which you can manage through your browser.
17. Changes to the Terms and Services
We may revise these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted unless the law requires otherwise. Where the law requires advance notice — for example, for certain changes affecting active subscribers — we will provide it, generally at least 30 days before the change takes effect, by notice on the Platform and/or by email. Check back periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.
18. Payments and subscriptions
All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor and are subject to its terms and privacy policy. We do not collect or store your full card details; the processor securely stores your payment method on file so that the fees described below can be charged when they come due. Payments are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
Before you pay anything, we will display at checkout: each fee, its amount, whether it is one-time or recurring, the billing frequency of any recurring fee, the event that triggers any recurring fee, and applicable taxes.
(a) Assessment Fee — one-time. A one-time fee, in the amount displayed at checkout, covering the issuance of a lab requisition (if appropriate) and your clinician's review of your results and history. It is charged when you confirm your order. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, the Assessment Fee is non-refundable once charged, including where a Healthcare Professional determines that treatment is not appropriate for you — you are paying for the assessment itself, not for any particular outcome.
(b) Ongoing Care Fee — recurring, beginning when you accept treatment. A recurring fee, in the amount and at the billing frequency displayed at checkout, for ongoing clinician care, monitoring, and follow-up. After your clinician reviews your results and history, if treatment is appropriate, you will be offered a treatment plan — which may include prescription medication, non-prescription therapies such as supplements, or coaching and monitoring, alone or in combination (a "Treatment Plan") — together with the related risk, disclosure, and consent documents. The Ongoing Care Fee is charged only if, and only after, you review those documents and accept your Treatment Plan. If you are not offered a Treatment Plan, or you choose not to accept one, the Ongoing Care Fee is never charged. By confirming your order you authorize our payment processor to store your payment method and, beginning when you accept your Treatment Plan, to charge the Ongoing Care Fee automatically each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel or your care ends. Accepting a Treatment Plan includes agreeing to the Ongoing Care Fee.
(c) Medication and pharmacy charges — separate. Prescription medication is not included in the Assessment Fee or the Ongoing Care Fee. If your Treatment Plan includes prescription medication, it is dispensed and billed separately by the pharmacy at its prices.
(d) Other Products — Non-prescription products included in a Treatment Plan are sold as Products and billed separately unless we state otherwise.
(e) Changes, renewals, and cancellation. We may change fee amounts for future billing periods; for active subscribers, changes take effect on renewal and we will give advance notice where the law requires. You may cancel ongoing care at any time as described in Section 19. Keep your payment details current; we may suspend Services if a payment fails, and we will correct any processing errors brought to our attention.
19. Termination and refunds
These Terms stay in effect while you use the Services. You can terminate any time by stopping use, and cancel your account or subscription through your settings or by emailing us. Your access ends automatically if you violate these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access without notice for a violation, or for any reason on 60 days' written notice. The one-time Assessment Fee is non-refundable as described in Section 18(a).
Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable, including for unused portions of a subscription period; on cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for medications and products. Refund requests for medications, products, and other usage-based purchases are assessed case by case and are generally not granted where the issue involves: lack of effectiveness; incorrect shipping information you provided; requests made more than 14 days after delivery; or temperature-controlled medications, which for safety cannot be restocked. For safety and legal reasons, delivered medications and single-use or sterile Products can only be returned for destruction and not for reuse or resale. A refund request relating to a prescribed medication will be reviewed by a pharmacy manager, medical director, or their delegate, as appropriate.
Certain sections survive termination (Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law/Dispute Resolution, No Waiver, and Assignment).
20. Governing law and dispute resolution
Please read carefully — this section requires disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration and waives your right to participate in a class action and, except where the law requires otherwise, to have disputes heard in court.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to the arbitration terms below, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
We'll first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation after written notice. If it isn't resolved within 21 business days, it goes to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the ICDR (Canadian Rules for those in Canada; International Rules for those outside Canada), conducted in British Columbia, in English. No class or representative proceedings are allowed. We keep the right to seek injunctive relief in court to protect our intellectual property. A notice of dispute must be filed within one year of when the matter first arose, or the claim is waived.
21. Communications by phone, text, and email
Continuity-of-care communications. Because ongoing engagement, monitoring, and follow-up are an integral part of care, you agree that we and your Healthcare Professional may contact you by electronic means or by phone for purposes related to the Services and your account — for example: information you asked us for; questions, reminders, and notifications about your care, account, or subscription; operational messages; notices of changes to the Services or these Terms; and any notices required by law. Marketing calls and messages are sent only in line with applicable anti-spam laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can opt out of marketing at any time and can ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list; even then, we may still contact you about your care, account, or transactions.
If you opt in to SMS (or text us first), you consent to receiving texts about your account and the Services — order and shipping updates, provider messages, and (if you opted in) marketing. You confirm you own or are authorized to use the device, are responsible for any message/data charges, and that we and the carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Access to the Services isn't conditioned on consenting to marketing texts. Opt out anytime by texting STOP. Texts are not encrypted and may be intercepted, so you should not send sensitive or health information by text; if you choose to, you do so at your own risk. Contact your wireless provider for plan questions.
By giving us your email address or creating an account, you consent to receiving emails from us. These include service and transactional emails — about your account, billing, shipping, care-related messages from your provider, and legal or policy notices — which are a necessary part of providing the Services and which you cannot opt out of while you have an account. They may also include marketing and promotional emails, which we send only where permitted and which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link; we will action your request within the time required by law. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current and to monitor your inbox, and neither we nor our service providers are liable for delayed or undelivered emails. Email is not encrypted and may be intercepted, so you should not send sensitive or health information by email; if you choose to, you do so at your own risk.
22. General
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of it.
No agency. These Terms don't create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship; you can't bind us.
Remedies. A breach may cause us irreparable harm, and we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to other remedies. These remedies are in addition to, and not in place of, any other remedies available to us at law or in equity.
Assignment. You can't assign your rights. We may assign ours, including in a merger or sale.
Enurement. These Terms bind and benefit you and us and our respective heirs, successors, and permitted assigns.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages, network failures, strikes, fire, flood, natural disasters, or cyber or terrorist attacks.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest stays in full force and effect.
Accessibility. We aim to make the Services accessible. If you have trouble using them, please contact us.
Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer.
Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement on this subject and supersede prior communications, and do not supersede the separate agreements between the Medical Practice and each Healthcare Professional, or the services agreement between AE Health and the Medical Practice.
23. Contact
